Frequently Asked Question

  • 01. Can product issues be resolved quickly?
For emails and online messages received during business hours, we commit to providing a preliminary assessment and solution within 24 hours. For complex issues such as automatic labeling machine parameters or adhesive selection that we can arrange a video conference with a technical engineer, or direct communication with your end customer.
  • 02. Can your labels withstand the high temperatures and humidity of ocean shipping?
This is an important scenario we have specifically validated. Our adhesives typically withstand temperatures above 80°C, with some series capable of enduring short-term exposure to 100°C, making them suitable for the high-temperature environments found inside shipping containers.
  • 03. Can your labels adhere securely to HDPE plastic bottles? Will they fall off?
HDPE is a low surface energy material, making it indeed more difficult to bond securely compared to glass or metal. Labeling tests should be conducted on the bottle to verify both initial and final adhesion. If the requirement is for the label to be removable without leaving residue, we can recommend our removable adhesive series; for permanent bonding, we recommend our permanent adhesive series with high initial tack. We can provide free samples for you or the end customer to perform actual labeling tests.
